Neha Chatwani is an organizational psychologist and the founder of the workplace atelier, an international HR advisory focussing on change management bricolage and leadership/team development. She is a visiting professor in human resources and management, and the author of Organisational Agility and editor of the Palgrave volume on Distributed Leadership, who has also contributed guest commentaries to the Global Peter Drucker Forum and Forbes.
